Terms and Conditions Placements
Dear Guest, in the period you have requested we have one placement available. For arrivals after the office hours of check-in (8:30 – 12:30 a.m. and 3:30 – 8:00 p.m.) will be charged a fee of euro 20.00. In addition, on arrival the guest must pay the balance of the amount for the entire stay booked. The balance can be paid in cash (for amounts not exceeding € 4.999.00), debit cards and credit cards, but we do not accept traveler’s checks, bank transfers or money orders.
In order to maintain the right to make a reservation we require that you send us a confirmation e-mail within a maximum of 2 days from receipt of the e-mail with our quotation for the requested stay, followed by the payment of the deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the booked stay within 3 days from our quotation.
If the payment is not received within the required time, the reservation is considered void. On the contrary, the booking becomes binding for Parco Vacanza Camping Soal upon receipt within the terms indicated above.
The confirmation of the booking implies the acceptance of our terms of cancellation and deposit. Camping Soal Holiday Park will then send the guest an e-mail confirming receipt of the deposit.
Accepted methods of payment (for the 30% deposit): bank transfer, credit card and cash. In order to avoid misunderstandings, we would appreciate it if you would send us the CRO of the bank transfer by e-mail: info@campingsoal.com . We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the data in the above confirmation and to inform us as soon as possible of any anomaly.
We decline all responsibility for any inaccuracies not communicated to us. If the reservation is changed to a period for which the price is higher than the amount paid, the guest must pay the difference. The cancellation of the reservation must be communicated in writing. If the guest cancels or changes the reservation up to thirty days before the date of arrival, the entire deposit paid will be retained and kept valid to be used for a subsequent stay booked at the Parco Vacanza Camping Soal in another period within the current calendar year. In addition, in case of arrival after the date originally booked or early departure the entire period of the reservation will be charged.
If the cancellation of the booking is made in the last ten days before the date of arrival, Parco Vacanza Camping Soal reserves the right to charge the guest the total amount due for the entire stay booked.

In accordance with art. 1341 of the civil code and of the consumer code, the Parties shall sign for express acceptance, the clause that provides for the payment of the whole stay even if you arrive after the date originally agreed or early departure.

in the period you requested we have available a mobile home for 5 people with a double bedroom, one with 2 single beds not bunk beds and a sofa bed in the kitchen area. Blankets/quilts and pillows are provided in the rooms. The mobile home is also equipped with a kitchenette with various cooking equipment (crockery), a refrigerator with a small freezer and an LPG gas stove for heating, hot water and cooking. The bathroom is located in the mobile home and consists of 1 shower, 1 toilet and 1 washbasin plus a towel warmer.
Outside there is an open wooden veranda with table and benches. For the sleeping area, guests can choose whether to provide their own bed linen and towels or to make use of the additional linen hire service for a fee by prior arrangement.
The prices of linen hire per week are as follows:
– 1 set of double sheets: euro 10.00.
– 1 set of single sheets: euro 5.00.
– 1 bath set (one shower towel, face towel): euro 6.00.
The mobile home will be delivered between 3:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. (unless otherwise agreed with the management) and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
