PAYMENT: Upon arrival at check in, the guest must show the booking confirmation and pay the balance of the amount for the entire stay booked (only in high season). The balance can be paid in cash (for amounts not exceeding euro 5,000.00), debit and credit cards, while travel cheques, bank transfers or postal orders are not accepted.

SMALL PETS ACCOMPANIED: You may bring your small pets with you to your assigned pitch, which must be declared in advance in the booking request. All you need is a health booklet or passport to show at reception when you check in to be accepted at our campsite.

FREE BOOKING FEES for online bookings with bank transfer payment.

BOOKING METHODS: In order to maintain the right to make a reservation, you are required to send us a confirmation e-mail within a maximum of 3 days from receipt of the e-mail with our quotation for the stay requested, followed by the payment of the deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay booked, again within 3 days from our quotation. If payment is not received by the required deadline, the booking is considered null and void. accepted methods of payment (for the 30% deposit): bank transfer, credit card and cash. The booking gets binding for Soal Holiday Park Campsite upon receipt within the terms stated above. Confirmation of the booking implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. Soal Holiday Park Campsite will then undertake to send the guest an email confirming receipt of the deposit. In order to avoid misunderstandings, we would appreciate it if you would send us the CRO of the transfer made by e-mail: info@campingsoal.com

We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the data in the aforementioned confirmation and to notify us as soon as possible of any anomalies. We decline all responsibility for any inaccuracies not communicated to us. If the booking is moved to a period for which the price is higher than the amount paid, the guest is obliged to pay the difference.

BOOKING CANCELLATION: Booking cancellations must be communicated in writing by email to info@campingsoal.com. A telephone number is required.

In the event that the guest makes a cancellation or changes to the booking up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival date, the 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded. The deposit will be refunded within 30 days of the necessary cancellation.

For cancellations made 30 days before the expected date of arrival the entire deposit will be retained and “frozen” in order to be used for a subsequent stay to be booked at the Soal Holiday Park Campsite in another period within the current calendar year for an amount not less than the first booking made and then cancelled. Furthermore, in the event of arrival after the date originally booked or early departure, the entire period of the booked stay will be charged.

If the cancellation of the booking is made in the last 21 days before the scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to retain the entire deposit paid.

In the event of a no-show on the day of scheduled arrival, the booked accommodation will be rented out to other guests by 3:30 p.m. on the following day.

Booking and access to the campsite imply full acceptance and observance of the Soal Camping regulations.

CAMPING SOAL HOLIDAY PARK HOUSE RULES

Entering the campsite implies the Guest’s acceptance of and full compliance with these regulations. They are handed out to each guest and are also displayed on the information board of the campsite. The management reserves the right, at any time, to supplement and/or modify the regulations, with prior notice of this to the campers, also by display on the notice board.

The campsite staff is authorised to enforce these regulations and must report to the management those who do not abide by the regulations. Failure to comply with the regulations will result in the campground being able to remove offenders with immediate effect. Everyone is requested to behave politely with mutual respect for the right to a peaceful holiday and to follow the management’s instructions scrupulously.

The management is available every day from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 3.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. During the summer and winter seasons, opening hours are from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 3.30 a.m to 8.00 p.m. The opening hours may vary during the low season and will always be indicated by appropriate signs.

In case of emergencies, guests may contact the campsite bar or call the emergency number +39 3493518988, which is also posted inside the campsite at the reception.

 

  1. Check-in On arrival the guest must present to the reception desk the valid identity documents of all persons occupying the assigned pitch/home.

The pitch will be allocated to itinerant campers between 8.30 a.m. and 8.00 p.m., with payment at check-in.

Check-out On the day of departure, the pitch must be vacated by all categories of itinerant guests by 11.00 a.m. Staying over this time will result in the Guest being charged the full day’s fee, as set out in the price list.

The permanent camper must notify arrival and departure at least 24 hours in advance, as stipulated in the signed contract.

The settled camper must also promptly communicate any updates regarding the names of the members of the settled party (on their first entry into the campsite in the new year) and their documents, vehicle registration number, and the third party insurance policy, as stipulated in the contract.

  1. Visitors at allocated pitches/accommodations. The entrance of non-campers is forbidden.

Visitors are allowed on our premises subject to specific authorisation from the management and during the above mentioned office hours. On arrival, visitors must present themselves at the reception desk and hand over a valid identity document as well as the licence plate number of the vehicle in their possession and pay the daily fee specified in the daily price list if their stay exceeds 1 hour from the time of arrival. Any visitors’ vehicles must be left outside the campsite. The entry of unauthorised visitors entails the possibility for the management to proceed in the competent offices against the illegal subject, as well as to expel the customer who has given hospitality to the subject.

  1. Rest hours. It is strictly forbidden to enter, leave and circulate with motor vehicles and bicycles inside the campsite from 1.30 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. and from 11.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m.. At the same time it is strictly forbidden to make any noise that may disturb the campers’ rest, such as putting up or taking down tents, making noisy gatherings, shouting, using loud TV-radios and musical instruments. Absolute silence must therefore be observed with respect for the rest of others. Similarly, the parents of the children or adults who have custody of them must ensure quiet. In any case, parents must always accompany children under the age of 6 in the common areas of the campsite.

During the rest hours, the entrance bars will remain closed to motor vehicles while they will be accessible to pedestrians.

  1. Speed Km/h. During permitted hours, motor vehicles, motorbikes and bicycles shall drive at a maximum speed of 5 km/h in order also to reduce noise, pollution, and to ensure the safety of children although parents are responsible for this.
  2. Parking of vehicles. Cars authorised to enter the campsite must always be parked in the marked space of their pitch/accommodation or, subject to agreement with the management, in the car park next to the bar. In any case, only one car may be brought onto the campsite per assigned pitch.

Cars parked outside the campsite must only park in the small road on the right-hand side that runs alongside the fence and not in the square in front of the bars, also in order to guarantee maximum visibility for cars leaving the campsite.

  1. Small pets. Access to dogs or small pets must take place in absolute compliance with the rules of hygiene and peaceful coexistence. Guests must present the pet’s health booklet/passport to the management, also in order to certify its vaccination status. Dogs and cats inside the campsite must be kept on a leash. Dogs, if of an aggressive species, must always be muzzled. Pets are to be accompanied outside the campsite for their physiological needs, collecting solid droppings with special bags and shovels to be disposed of in the designated containers, after closing the bag. Pet, in any case, may not roam freely around the campsite and may not be abandoned on the pitch or in the allocated accommodation.

When with the pet, the owner must keep it in the middle of the road, avoiding that it makes its needs in correspondence with other people’s pitches. Furthermore, animals are not allowed in the campsite toilets and may not be washed either inside or outside them.

It is the guest’s responsibility to procure what is necessary for the pets’ needs.

  1. General protection rules. Campers may occupy the pitch assigned to them by the campsite staff in strict compliance with the pitch boundaries.

Guests are obliged to keep and leave the pitch clean and tidy. It is forbidden to dig ditches around the tent/caravan or camper van, or to make any autonomous changes to the water, electricity and gas connections or, in any case, to intervene on them. It is also forbidden to damage plants, flowers, the various camping equipment and to pour boiling salty or waste liquids on the ground.

Residents must pipe and bury (10 cm) their electrical cables to standard (> 2.5 mm in diameter) to make it easier to care for and cut grass on the campsite.

It is forbidden to stretch wires between caravans/tents, plants and along the campsite’s outer fences, even for hanging clothes.

It is forbidden to wash dishes and laundry outside the designated sinks and to wash the car in the camper service area.

Water is a precious resource, do not waste it, especially hot water. Remember to turn off all taps in order not to have unnecessary leaks.

  1. Connection and/or disconnection of the cable to the electricity column for itinerant guests. The time established for the service of connection and/or disconnection of the guest’s cable to the electricity column of the assigned pitch by the campsite staff is from 8.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. and from 3.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m., unless otherwise agreed in advance with the management.
  2. Sanitary facilities. The cooperation of you kind guests is indispensable to us in maintaining the cleanliness of the toilets, sinks and washbasins, in the hope that everyone leaves them in the same condition in which they would like to find them, i.e. clean (no forgotten hair or food residues etc.), with respect for each other and for the cleaning staff.

Younger children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult to the toilets.

  1. Chemical toilet. Liquids contained in chemical toilet containers, as well as other waste liquids, must be compulsorily flushed down the designated and signposted drains within the toilet facilities.
  2. Camper Service. It is possible to carry out camper service at set times indicated on the campsite and only in the presence of the staff in charge.
  3. Gas cylinders. In view of safety regulations concerning the sale and use of LPG cylinders, it is forbidden to use cylinders not purchased from the campsite management (only for permanent guests). For this reason, the staff in charge, in the presence of the campsite owners, will check the personal lockers. These, in any case, may contain a maximum of two cylinders at the allocated pitch, kept out of the sun and with protection. The presence of any cylinders not purchased from the campsite management must be reported to them.

The management, in any case, undertakes to keep the prices of cylinders sold in line with or lower than those of local retailers.

  1. Waste. Rubbish must be deposited in the marked containers, with careful separation. Dry bags should be tightly closed before throwing them in the bins.

Cardboard boxes should be folded or broken and placed in the appropriate bins.

Bulky items and wood, on the other hand, must be disposed of in the landfill of the Guest’s municipality of residence, except in special cases and in agreement with the management It is absolutely forbidden to leave rubbish on one’s own pitch or in other areas of the campsite The management reserves the right to apply progressive sanctions for those who do not respect these binding instructions.

  1. Adequate footwear: Care should be taken by wearing appropriate footwear, especially in winter even with the aid of ice crampons due to the possible presence of ice.
  2. Fires and fireworks. It is forbidden to light any kind of fire in the open, under penalty of sanction by the management and the forest rangers; grilling with gas or charcoal fires is permitted in the pitches. Otherwise, use must be made of the barbecue area at the back of the bar.

It is also forbidden to light fireworks on the campsite.

  1. Signs/Posters. Numerous signs, warning and behavioural signs are displayed on the campsite. Guests are obliged to comply with them, also as part of these regulations.
  2. Rigid facilities. Mobile caravans and motor homes are allowed to have only one rigid structure, as long as it can be easily dismantled and is also compatible with the other structures on the campsite. This is in strict compliance with the applicable legislation Law no. 19 of 4 October 1012. Any legislative changes will be duly communicated.

It is, in any case, forbidden to keep timber and other things under the pre-entry and caravan property, also for hygienic reasons and to prevent the proliferation of mountain mice. This space must be ventilated (30 cm above ground level) and only closed containers made of metal or resistant plastic may be placed there.

  1. Loss, theft of guest’s property, liability. The management is not liable for any damage, loss or theft of items belonging to campers. We recommend that you always lock your tent, caravan or motor home securely Any damage caused to the campsite facilities or to other campers through carelessness, trespass or vandalism will be reimbursed exclusively by those responsible. The management is also not liable for damage caused by natural disasters or as a result of falling trees, parts of trees and/or branches.

Each camper has custody of the property owned by him and/or in his use and is therefore liable for damage to property and persons caused by these.

19 Recreational equipment. The use of campground equipment as well as recreational and sports facilities is always exclusively at the risk and peril of the camper, who must know how to act responsibly and who assumes all associated liability.

  1. Video surveillance system. A video surveillance system is installed and operating within the campsite for reasons of public safety. The cameras are appropriately marked.
  2. Notification of inefficiencies or any faults encountered. We kindly ask you to inform the management of any equipment breakdowns or inefficiencies within the campsite or accommodation. We guarantee, as far as possible, a prompt intervention.

In the period you requested we have a mobile home available.

 

MOBILE HOME DESCRIPTION Sleeps 5 with one double room, one with 2 single beds not bunk beds and a sofa bed in the kitchen area. Blankets/quilts and pillows are provided in the rooms. The mobile home is also equipped with a kitchenette with various cooking accessories (dishes), a refrigerator with a small freezer cell, and an LPG gas stove for heating, hot water, and cooking.

The bathroom is located in the mobile home and consists of 1 shower, 1 toilet and 1 sink plus a towel warmer.

Outside there is an open wood veranda with a table and benches.

MINIMUM STAY DURATION: In high season minimum 7 nights. mid-season 3 nights and low season 2 nights.

SMALL PETS: Only one pet is accepted in the mobile homes and previously declared in the reservation request. They only need to be accompanied by health booklet or passport to be shown at the reception desk at check in to be accepted in our facility.

CAR PARKING: 1 parking slot is available per mobile home.

LINEN SUPPLY SERVICE WITH FEE: For the sleeping area, guests can choose to obtain bed linen and towels themselves or make use of the additional linen supply service for a fee upon reservation.

Rental linen prices per week are as follows excluding change.

– 1 set double sheets: cost euro 10.00.

– 1 set single sheets: cost euro 5.00.

– 1 bath set (one shower towel, face towel): cost euro 6.00.

The mobile home will be delivered between 15:30 and 20:00 (unless otherwise agreed with the management) while the day of departure must be vacated by 10:00.

Younger children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult to the toilets.

  1. Chemical toilet. Liquids contained in chemical toilet containers, as well as other waste liquids, must be compulsorily flushed down the designated and signposted drains within the toilet facilities.
  2. Camper Service. It is possible to carry out camper service at set times indicated on the campsite and only in the presence of the staff in charge.
  3. Gas cylinders. In view of safety regulations concerning the sale and use of LPG cylinders, it is forbidden to use cylinders not purchased from the campsite management (only for permanent guests). For this reason, the staff in charge, in the presence of the campsite owners, will check the personal lockers. These, in any case, may contain a maximum of two cylinders at the allocated pitch, kept out of the sun and with protection. The presence of any cylinders not purchased from the campsite management must be reported to them.

The management, in any case, undertakes to keep the prices of cylinders sold in line with or lower than those of local retailers.

  1. Waste. Rubbish must be deposited in the marked containers, with careful separation. Dry bags should be tightly closed before throwing them in the bins.

Cardboard boxes should be folded or broken and placed in the appropriate bins.

Bulky items and wood, on the other hand, must be disposed of in the landfill of the Guest’s municipality of residence, except in special cases and in agreement with the management It is absolutely forbidden to leave rubbish on one’s own pitch or in other areas of the campsite The management reserves the right to apply progressive sanctions for those who do not respect these binding instructions.

  1. Adequate footwear: Care should be taken by wearing appropriate footwear, especially in winter even with the aid of ice crampons due to the possible presence of ice.
  2. Fires and fireworks. It is forbidden to light any kind of fire in the open, under penalty of sanction by the management and the forest rangers; grilling with gas or charcoal fires is permitted in the pitches. Otherwise, use must be made of the barbecue area at the back of the bar.

It is also forbidden to light fireworks on the campsite.

  1. Signs/Posters. Numerous signs, warning and behavioural signs are displayed on the campsite. Guests are obliged to comply with them, also as part of these regulations.
  2. Rigid facilities. Mobile caravans and motor homes are allowed to have only one rigid structure, as long as it can be easily dismantled and is also compatible with the other structures on the campsite. This is in strict compliance with the applicable legislation Law no. 19 of 4 October 1012. Any legislative changes will be duly communicated.

It is, in any case, forbidden to keep timber and other things under the pre-entry and caravan property, also for hygienic reasons and to prevent the proliferation of mountain mice. This space must be ventilated (30 cm above ground level) and only closed containers made of metal or resistant plastic may be placed there.

  1. Loss, theft of guest’s property, liability. The management is not liable for any damage, loss or theft of items belonging to campers. We recommend that you always lock your tent, caravan or motor home securely Any damage caused to the campsite facilities or to other campers through carelessness, trespass or vandalism will be reimbursed exclusively by those responsible. The management is also not liable for damage caused by natural disasters or as a result of falling trees, parts of trees and/or branches.

Each camper has custody of the property owned by him and/or in his use and is therefore liable for damage to property and persons caused by these.

19 Recreational equipment. The use of campground equipment as well as recreational and sports facilities is always exclusively at the risk and peril of the camper, who must know how to act responsibly and who assumes all associated liability.

  1. Video surveillance system. A video surveillance system is installed and operating within the campsite for reasons of public safety. The cameras are appropriately marked.
  2. Notification of inefficiencies or any faults encountered. We kindly ask you to inform the management of any equipment breakdowns or inefficiencies within the campsite or accommodation. We guarantee, as far as possible, a prompt intervention.
