For summer 2020 we have made every effort to make your holiday a time of calm and relaxation, by taking specific measures for your safety.
CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
• Regular sanitising of critical points with professional antibacterial and antiviral products.
• Regular manual and automatic ventilation according to the various environments.
• Compartmentalised cleaning in mobile home rooms.
• Sanitising of accommodation before check-in with stabilised hydrogen peroxide which ensures 99.9% sanitising of surfaces and air, without generating residues, corrosion or humidity, as well as by sanitising with ozone, both certified.
• Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as disposable gloves when cleaning areas.
• We provide our guests with hand sanitisers at various points of the campsite, well indicated with signs in several languages.
BAR
Daily sanitising of bar areas. The bar staff use masks during service as well as ensuring frequent and correct hand hygiene.
Access to the common areas can be regulated as to numbers and, when necessary, also through defined times of stay.
ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT FOR CHILDREN
We have moved most of the activities outdoors.

Distance to the nearest hospital, located in Cavalese, is 34 km
Distance to the nearest emergency centre, located in San Giovanni di Fassa
(formerly Vigo di Fassa) is 3 km.

Please bring with you all the masks that you will need to use in all the common areas of the campsite, excursions and outings outside the campsite.

We are strictly observing the various restriction measures suggested by the WHO (World Health Organisation) and the Ministry of Health circular 0005443-22/2/2020 DGPRE-DGPRE-P-COVID-2019 issued by the Italian Government for the hotel and tourism sector.
