The Soal stream, which passes close by and gives the campsite its name, is born in the heart of the Catinaccio at around 2600m and flows down through ‘Val de Vaiolet’, underground until Gardeccia and then down to join the river Avisio in Pera.

The Camping Soal logo combines the environment, the atmosphere and the colours of the camping. The ‘S’ of Soal represents the stream flowing from Catinaccio and the large sun is framing the wonderful Val di Fassa. The tent recalls Mario and Elena’s hospitality and joy in the daily life of the campsite.

Camping Soal is a friendly and international place of a good standard. Spoken languages: Italian, English and German. Immersed in the forest you will find mobile homes, some also with facilities for families with young children. Among the trees you will find ample place for tents, camper and caravans. If you book for a long stay, yearly or seasonally, discounts are available.

In a 3km radius of the Campsite, you can easily reach well known Ski Area’s such as: Buffaure, Catinaccio-Rosengarten and Ciampedie. Reachable by Ski Bus, which stops 100m away. In high season we run a free shuttle. The ski lifts can also be used during the summer, to easily reach a height from which you can choose your activity: family trekking, visiting mountain huts or even go climbing….

We are situated only 300m from: PARK BIMBO NEVE (CHILDRENS SNOW PLAY PARK), the learner ski slope FRAINE and the PICIOCAA ADVENTURE PARK. To reach the foot of the Catinaccio-Rosengarten Group you can take: the CATINACCIO chairlifts which runs both during summer and winter, or the bus service to Gardeccia, which operates only during the summer. During winter we offer a free shuttle bus to reach the closest ski slopes. You can find here varying activities suitable for the very smallest children up to most energetic. You can also find many restaurants nearby in which to taste the local dishes.

Our Campsite has a large children’s play park, and if the weather should be unhelpful, we offer many activities inside to keep you entertained, such as table tennis and table football. Outside we have specific areas to participate in: basketball, football and baseball. In the camping your accommodation options are: rooms, caravan with wooden extension (can be rented all year), places for tents, campers and caravans.

Siamo inoltre dotati di spazi all’aperto dove svolgere attività sportive come Basket, Calcio e Baseball. All’interno del campeggio potrete allongiare in Bungalow, camere e roulotte con tipico preingresso in legno , per assecondare le diverse esigenze, anche economiche, dei nostri ospiti.

A tasty breakfast and evening meals are available from the Bar. During the summer season fresh products can be bought in a Minimarket onsite. Some Restaurants and ‘Pizzerias’ nearby will give you a discount if you stay here! Two bathroom blocks: with hot showers included in the price and facilities for the disabled.
